Nothing like an Ireland – England rugby international to get the adrenaline going. I think most knew it was going to be fairly close, its never easy getting a win at Twickenham but a well deserved Irish victory in the end.
Turnovers and quick-ball!! Great to see after the painfully slow ball from breakdowns over the last few games and the forwards clearly were giving 110% at breakdowns.
It was the first game for me when Ireland looked dangerous every time they had the ball. I think spreading it wide and having two wingers who provide a real threat helped. Earls seems to be getting used to international rugby very well.
I hope Ireland can step it up again against the Welsh, bring it on!
